Important Notes
Order: Amazon first, then us
Always create a shipment at Amazon first, then duplicate it with us. Amazon sometimes splits a requested shipment across several fulfillment centers – in that case, create the corresponding number of orders with us (1:1 as at Amazon).
Activate the automatic number ranges
At the start, activate the automatic number ranges for inbounds and orders in the settings (see chapter “Settings”).
Create the dummy address once
Create a dummy address “Amazon FBA Umlagerung” once in the address book. You will later select it as the delivery address for FBA transfers – the exact address does not matter.
FNSKU is mandatory
Every item needs an FNSKU – without an FNSKU we cannot process your items. Also provide the SKU; if there is none, enter the EAN.
One order = one inbound
An order with your supplier corresponds to one inbound with us. Create a separate inbound for each supplier order.
Shipping method when a label is provided
When Amazon provides the shipping label, select the shipping method “Amz FBA Umlagerung” for the order.
Label format: thermal
Amazon labels must be provided in thermal format.
How to send us the labels
You can attach the Amazon labels to the order in the JTL Web Portal, send them to us via WhatsApp, or by email.
Daily pickup by DHL & DPD
We have daily pickups by DHL and DPD. You can therefore select the matching carrier (DHL/DPD) for your FBA shipments at Amazon.
Shipping via UPS is possible
If you would like to ship via UPS, that is possible – but you have to book the UPS pickup yourself.
Dangerous goods
For dangerous goods, enter the actual Amazon delivery address as the shipping address in the order (shown e.g. on the FBA label) and select the special shipping method “Amz FBA Umlagerung (Fulfiller DHL)”.
After the order has been created
Once you have created the Amazon FBA order, we process it – afterwards we add the dimensions and the weight for the parcel(s).
